The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Functions:
- Responsible for overall project management which includes but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion of project to ensure successful completion of the project within controlled budget.
- Manage project teams to ensure timely calling and award of contract.
- Liaise with relevant authorities and consultants for all necessary approvals.
- Carry out feasibility study, taking into consideration statutory approval conditions, construction technological and financial viability prior to implementation of new projects.
- Ensure cost effectiveness in adopting various design by consultants.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Min 5years of Construction implementation & Management
- Experienced in high-rise Property Development will be an added advantage.
- Possesses good analytical, problem solving and leadership skills.
