A new opportunity has come up with our trusted main contractor for an exciting new high rise project in the greater Klang Valley area. The site is located not too far from the KL CBD and is live. Project value RM250 Million+

The company

Our client has been heavily involved as a contractor for over 2 decades. They are financially strong and have a healthy pipeline of construction projects to last them the next 7 years.

The role

They are looking for a reputable Project Manager who has a track record of starting and completing high value building projects, strong commitment to safety and a keen eye for construction quality. Must also demonstrate favorable people management skills.

The duties

• Project manage overall delivery of construction project while keeping to agreed contract
• Ensuring time, cost, quality and safety standards are constantly monitored and assessed.
• Coordinating between various stakeholders, sub-contractors, consultants and other strategic relationships

The skills and experience required

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, or relevant discipline
• 20 years+ site based experience
• Strong relationship building, influencing and negotiation skills
• Reliable references from past projects would be an added advantage
