Project Engineer (ACMV)

Responsibilities

• Specify mechanical systems including drawings for industrial buildings, such as ACMV systems;
• Technical submissions and procurement monitoring of equipment/materials;
• Involved testing and commissioning of equipment/system;
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets;
• Prepare and submit project documents and shop drawings for approval;
• Coordinate and supervise construction activities on-site;
• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and contracts;
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays;
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards;
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors;
• Manage project documentation and reporting;
• Assist in procurement and resource allocation;
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks;
• Coordinate with design teams on change orders and design modifications;
• Prepare handover documents and as built drawings;
• Undertake other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or ACMV/ HVAC Air-conditioning / Mechanical Engineering;
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in engineering & construction works;
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office, Excel, Project ,AutoCAD is mandatory requirement;
• Willing to travel within Klang Valley or Johor is a plus;
• Enthusiastic fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
