Project Engineer Fulfillment Operations (Bukit Raja, Klang)

We're looking for a hands-on Project Engineer to lead warehouse improvement projects, optimize systems, implement automation, and boost operational efficiency. You'll analyze data, translate operational needs into scalable solutions, and work closely with product, engineering, and ground operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute cross-functional warehouse improvement projects focusing on systems optimization, automation initiatives, and operational productivity.
• Analyze operational datasets and system outputs to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process or product improvements.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate operational requirements into scalable system or process solutions.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives within scope, timeline, and resources.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of warehouse systems (e.g., WMS tools, automation workflows, operational dashboards) to improve fulfillment performance.
• Work closely with ground operations teams to validate solutions, conduct testing, and ensure smooth rollout and adoption of new tools or processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or working experience in project management, product operations, warehouse systems, or process improvement is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Basic programming or technical knowledge (e.g., Python, SQL, scripting, or system logic) is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across operations, product, and engineering teams.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools for analysis and project tracking.
• Willing to commute and be based in Bukit Raja, Klang.
