Responsibilities
1. Technical Support
- Review and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Provide technical guidance to on-site teams to ensure compliance with plans.
2. Site Coordination
- Assist in coordinating daily on-site activities with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and report deviations from the project plan.
3. Quality Assurance
- Conduct inspections to verify that construction work aligns with technical requirements.
- Ensure corrective actions are taken for identified defects.
4. Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, technical details, and site activities.
- Prepare reports for senior management and stakeholders as required.
5. Health & Safety Compliance
- Enforce adherence to safety regulations on-site.
- Participate in safety audits and implement recommendations.

Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a site-based or engineering consultant-based role.
- Experience in infrastructure, high-rise or large-scale development projects.
- High rise project experience preferred.
