Job Description
Job Scope
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily construction activities on site to ensure project progress and quality targets are met
- Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Ensure all works comply with QA/QC requirements
- Provide clear instructions to subcontractors to ensure installation works are carried out according to approved construction drawings
- Manage construction challenges, safety risks, and technical issues on site
- Prepare installation sequences and micro-schedules for façade elements based on construction drawings
- Coordinate with the Main Contractor and subcontractors on site installation and quality matters
- Monitor and update daily site/project progress reports
- Maintain proper records of site inspection reports, material deliveries, and site activities
- Arrange and coordinate site testing and inspections with vendors and RTO/RE
- Plan and manage site materials and equipment delivery to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Assist the Project Manager in the timely submission of material samples and mock-ups for approval
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in aluminium and glazing design/site engineering works
- Responsible, organized, and possess good communication skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field (or higher)
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents preferred
