Project Engineer

Pingspace is looking for a Project Engineer to support our Project Manager in managing warehouse automation projects during the project execution phase. This role is hands-on and site-based, working closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in day-to-day project execution and site coordination
• Discuss and clarify technical specifications with customers during project implementation
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure tasks are completed on time according to the project timeline
• Be onsite during installation, testing, and commissioning phases
• Monitor installation progress and highlight any risks or delays early
• Liaise between customers and internal teams to resolve technical or execution issues
• Support documentation, site reports, and handover activities

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or related)
• Experience in project execution, site coordination, or system installation (warehouse automation / material handling is a plus)
• Comfortable working onsite and in a fast-paced project environment
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to follow project timelines

Nice to Have

• Experience in warehouse automation, ASRS, robotics, or industrial systems
• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
• Fresh graduates with strong attitude are welcome to apply
