Roles& Responsibilities

Assist in project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project goals.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and address project requirements.
Attend site meetings as required, professionally representing the company and providing technical insights.
Ensure timely submission of personal timesheets, expense reports, project tracker updates, and other required documentation on a weekly basis.
Review system designs before installation, identifying and addressing technical, functional, or compatibility issues while ensuring compliance with client standards.
Supervise and manage installation teams, including internal technicians and local service partners, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications.
Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager, supporting efficient resource planning and project execution.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in Electronic Engineering, or a related field
Experience working in ELV Systems (security and communication systems) installations, servicing, or design will be advantageous.
Practical aptitude and ability to work independently, prioritize work schedule and make own decisions.
Logical worker, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and ability to prioritize well.
IT literacy, preferably in MS Office. Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Demonstrable knowledge of IP technology and basic understanding of networking (e.g. Cisco, TCP/IP, routing, switching)
