Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the complete project lifecycle for Southeast Asia projects, encompassing tender support, detailed design, procurement initiation (equipment, materials, subcontracting, etc.), construction coordination, cost control, EHS management, schedule management, quality and documentation management, installation and commissioning, testing, customer delivery and acceptance, as well as project compliance management.
2. Drive the achievement of project safety, quality, schedule, and profitability objectives.
3. Serve as the key liaison with clients, consultants, PMC firms, and government authorities to maintain a smooth and well-coordinated project environment.
4. Lead the formation, development, and performance evaluation of the project team.
5. Conduct periodic project reviews and ensure that lessons learned and best practices are systematically captured and documented.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in data centre MEP projects, with solid familiarity with critical systems such as diesel generators, UPS, and chiller units.
3. Strong technical comprehension, effective vendor coordination capabilities, and proven ability to resolve on-site issues.
4. Fluent in English; candidates with overseas project experience are preferred.
