This position will be based at one of the company's key project sites in Puncak Alam.

Your new role

• Assist in planning, preparing, and monitoring project schedules in accordance with contractual requirements.
• Coordinate and prepare technical documents and drawings, including submissions to relevant local authorities (e.g., DOSH).
• Liaise with DOSH officers, client representatives, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee site supervision, progress tracking, and completion of project milestones.
• Conduct weekly progress meetings with consultants, owners, and clients.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, design issues, and noncompliance matters, proposing corrective and preventive measures.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Civil & Construction Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in steel structure projects (site supervision & management).
• Familiarity with engineering submissions and authority requirements (DOSH exposure is an advantage).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors across all levels.
