Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning, scheduling, and execution of system transfer activities from US team to local team
- Establish and validate the following systems locally:
- Material Inventory System (direct & indirect materials)
- Shopfloor System (SAP ME shop order, labeling, routing, data logging)
- Manufacturing control processes (MSL control, paste tracking, issuance/return)
- Collateral/Jig/Fixture inventory and procurement
- SMT machine recipe creation and process setup
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) system
- Conduct troubleshooting and close gaps that arise during implementation.
- Develop training materials in collaboration with US team and train/certify local employees
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of transferred systems and processes.
- Coordinate cross-site communication with US team, including flex-hour meetings during early or late hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, process engineering, or related fields.
- Experience with shopfloor or MES systems (SAP ME is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional, cross-region teams.
- Able to work flexible hours to accommodate US meeting times.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Additional Advantages (not mandatory):
- Experience in SMT processes or machine recipes.
- Exposure to material handling or moisture-sensitive material control (MSL).
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance planning or equipment management.
