Project Engineer

Responsibilities

.Assistthe Project Manager in planning, coordinating and monitoring daily constructionactivities to ensure smooth project execution.

.Supervise site works to ensure compliance withapproved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project schedules.

.Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliersand site teams to resolve technical and operational issues.

.Plan and arrange construction materials, equipment andmanpower according to site requirements.

.Monitor work progress, identify potential delays andfollow up on corrective actions.

.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanshipquality, safety compliance and proper site coordination.

.Prepare progress reports, maintain site records andattend project coordination meetings.

.Perform other project-related duties as assigned bymanagement.

Requirements

.Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, ConstructionEngineering or a related discipline.

.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in theSingapore construction industry preferred.

.Able to read and interpret construction drawings andtechnical specifications.

.Good understanding of construction methods, sitecoordination and project scheduling.

.Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of AutoCADis an advantage.

.Good communication, coordination and problem-solvingskills.

.Responsible, proactive and able to work independentlyas well as in a team.

.Able to communicate effectively with site personnel,subcontractors and consultants.
