Project Engineering Leader (Transport Infrastructure)

A world class engineering consulting firm has engaged Mills Recruitment to identify a high-calibre Transport Team Leader to lead and grow its transportation business in Malaysia.

This role will play a key part in driving strategic growth, delivering complex infrastructure projects, and strengthening client relationships across the transport sector.

What You Will Do

• Lead, develop, and manage the Transport team to achieve strong commercial and project outcomes
• Drive business growth through client engagement, project acquisition, and contract negotiation
• Deliver large, complex infrastructure projects on time and within budget
• Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team

Who We Are Looking ForPreferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Extensive experience in transportation infrastructure projects
• Proven track record in securing and delivering major projects
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Professional Engineer (PEPC) registration is an advantage

• Strong understanding of the local infrastructure and transportation market
