- Lead new ASM facility projects from design through go-live, ensuring delivery on time and within scope
- Drive project planning, execution, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, including Operations, Engineering, Facility, vendors, and contractors
- Manage facility construction, equipment installation, testing, and operational readiness
- Lead machine deployment and automation upgrade projects from design through go-live
- Oversee vendor performance, on-site quality control, and project deliverables
- Ensure facility and machine readiness, including capacity validation, performance testing, and handover to Operations
- Provide project updates, recommendations, and issue escalation to management
- Guide and support Associate team members on project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any field - background in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related areas is a plus
- 3-10 years of experience in project management, operations improvement, facility/automation projects, or logistics operations
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple parties in a fast-moving environment
- Good understanding of logistics/warehouse processes or willingness to learn quickly
- Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and drive progress across functions
- Comfortable working on-site at facilities during key phases (construction, installation, testing, go-live)
- Strong communication skills and ability to present issues clearly with solutions
- Proficiency in English and MS Office/Google Workplace tools is an advantage
