Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Project Executive for 4 Months to support the development of high-quality materials that inform decision-making, strategic initiatives, and organisational communications.

Responsibilities

  1. Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research to gather, analyse, and synthesise information from credible sources, producing insights that support decision-making, strategy papers, and proposals.
  2. Content Review: Review, edit, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, coherence, and compliance with company standards, delivering polished and professional outputs.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to collect inputs, validate information, and ensure alignment with organisational objectives.
  4. Project Coordination: Oversee content development progress by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are consistently met.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelors degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field.
  2. Strong analytical, writing, and editing skills with keen attention to detail.
  3. Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and impactful content.
  4. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across functions.
