Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Good and effective team player. Proactive. Have a good level of communication skills. You will need to be an effective communicator with all project teams. Preparedness to deal with conflicts is of the essence.
  • Able to work under minimum supervision. A person with initiative and dedication to the responsibility given. Works in hand are works to be solved.
  • Manage the supervision and management of construction activities to assign projects and assist to implement and monitor the construction standard of procedure (SOP).
  • Conduct work planning and sequencing of the construction operation to the project quality plan.
  • Evaluate, resolve, and report discrepancies and problems arising during the progress of construction work that affected the quality of works performed.
  • Conduct daily briefings with the site team and follow up on work progress to anticipate any possible delay in planned tasks.
  • Coordinated project work such as additional and alteration work, maintenance, and defects work.
  • To monitor the quality of works done by sub-contractors, workers, and items delivered to the site.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office, Excel, MS Project, CPM, etc.
  • Preferably 5 years of working experience in the managerial construction industry.
  • Possess a positive attitude, and ability to organize, plan, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
