We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Project Financial Analysis & Pricing Manager to support our Project Development-Financial & Commercial team. This role is critical in ensuring the financial viability, planning, and performance of projects from inception through execution. You will play a key role in financial modeling, investment analysis, and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Financial Analyst and Pricing
- Financial Analysis & Modelling: Develop complex financial models to evaluate project profitability and financial feasibility. Conduct detailed analysis using key metrics such as Project IRR, Equity IRR, payback period, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Forecasting: Prepare comprehensive cash flow projections and financial forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects. Continuously monitor financial performance and update forecasts based on project progress and cost developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Commercial, Project Management, and Project Corporate Finance teams to ensure accurate financial data integration into project plans.
- Tendering and Proposal Development: Support the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and bids. Ensure pricing is competitive, compliant with requirements, and aligned with profitability targets.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance: Identify financial risks related to cost overruns, foreign exchange exposure, scope changes, and contractual obligations. Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, governance frameworks, and audit requirements.
Qualification/Experiences/Skills/Competencies & other Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; ACCA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Proven experience (5-6 years) in project development in financial role, preferably in a multinational corporation or accounting firm.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings effectively.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards and experience with consolidation and project management tools.
- Preferably in a multinational corporation with project background.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
