Job Description

Job Description:

  • Design and execute retention programme in community group e.g. loyalty programme (based on YoS, consistent performance), high performer programme (based on driver rating)
  • Plan communication strategy and content plan to improve drivers retention and communication efficiency between fleet and office
  • Coordinate with related stakeholders to execute and maintain initiatives operations among external stakeholders e.g. Monee, SCommerce, and Garena

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree majors in Business, Analytics, or Engineering preferred
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint knowledge of SQL is a plus
  • Experience in logistics, delivery, or e-commerce within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment is a plus
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure self-driven and adaptable to a dynamic environment
  • High curiosity and openness to challenges
