Join our exciting team as an Industrialization Project Lead , you will take ownership of industrialization and transfer projects across our International Production Network. You will ensure that final test processes are ready on time, on quality, and aligned with product development milestones.

You will be the critical link between product development teams and final test manufacturing sites worldwide turning innovation into scalable production excellence.

Job scope:

  • Lead and drive industrialization and transfer projects within the International Production Network (IPN)
  • Ensure final test readiness in Semiconductor Backend according to agreed project milestones
  • Act as the key interface between product development teams and international plant locations
  • Establish and manage structured project plans including timelines, work packages, and risk management
  • Build and lead cross-functional industrialization teams (technical, logistics, operations, etc.)
  • Define and align requirements for final test processes and material flow in production plants
  • Facilitate workshops and moderate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong technical background (backend experience preferred)
  • Proven project management experience with the ability to structure timelines, define work packages, and manage risks effectively
  • Strong analytical and solution-oriented mindset with an independent and structured way of working
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to moderate cross-functional meetings and workshops across different organizational levels
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) German skills is a plus
