Project Management - Buyer Self Collection Relationship Management

. Data Management & Reporting

- Build, maintain, and automate operational dashboards to support performance tracking and decision-making.

- Analyze data trends to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to management.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.

. Partner Billing & Payout Oversight

- Manage partner billing and payout cycles, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal processes.

- Reconcile financial data between systems and partners to resolve discrepancies.

- Work closely with finance and partner teams to streamline billing processes.

. Ad-hoc Initiative Coordination

- Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives by preparing materials, coordinating stakeholders, and tracking deliverables.

- Assist in developing pitch decks or proposals for internal and external presentations.

- Manage timelines and communication to ensure successful execution of initiatives.

• Bachelor's Degree in the related field.
• Proven work experience in data analysis or as a Project Manager.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and number-driven. Able to analyze data and derive relevant, data-backed insights.
• Proficient in using Google Suite (Google Sheets, Google Slides) and Microsoft Excel.
• Skilled at working effectively and communicating with cross functional teams across the organisation.
• Equip with people management skills is advantageous.
• Knowledge of logistics networks / retail networks is a bonus
