About CRO Services Department

WuXi Biologics is a leading contract research, development, and manufacturing organization (CRDMO), and the CRO Services Department focuses on Research. Backed by our drug development expertise, the modular solutions from CRO services span every stage of biologics research, including antibody discovery, protein/antibody production and engineering, in vitro assays and in vivo pharmacology. With extensive experience across diverse modalities, such as monoclonal and bispecific antibodies, fusion proteins, TCRs, miniproteins, cytokines, and enzymes, we deliver innovative, customized services to seamlessly advance our clients molecules from concept to CMC development.

About the Position:

A project manager is expected to work with highly diverse cross-function teams and clients around the globe, to accomplish deliverables within designated timeline and budgets. Project manager is expected to manage both technical and non-technical affairs in the projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the business development and technical teams to generate proposals according to client's requests for protein generation, antibody discovery, in vitro assays and in vivo studies.
• Manage the clients research projects in a cross-function team. Serve as interface between technical teams and clients.
• Organize cross-functional activities, ensuring completion of projects while adhering to scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
• Organize and lead internal and external project meetings. Keep project teams and clients updated in a timely manner on the project progress and decision points through teleconferences, e-mails, site visits or other suitable means.
• Keep track of all activities related to the projects.
• Monitor timeline and contracts for accuracy and follow up on any discrepancies with clients and internal personnel. Confirm the completion of work by stages with clients and ensure invoices are sent to clients for processing in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

• 0-3 years working experience with Ph D degree in Biologics Science or related majors. PM experience is not essential but helpful.
• Excellent communication skills with problem solving skilling are a must. Capability to work in a highly diverse team with different culture and technical background is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin is a must. Fluent Korean or Japanese language is a plus.
• Must be a team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Self motivated, accountable, detail oriented and well organized.
• Must be able to work with clients from different time zones (mostly US and Europe).

Working Location:

• Can work from home
• Can work in China Chengdu site. WuXi Bio supports visa.
