The Role
We are looking for a disciplined and proactive Project Management Executive to take the lead on end-to-end project delivery. This is a role for an ownersomeone who thrives on managing complex timelines independently, maintains a hawk-eye for detail, and ensures every milestone is hit with precision. You will be the glue that holds a project together, from the first spark of planning to the final launch.
Core Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Project Ownership: Drive projects from initiation through to a successful launch, defining clear requirements and maintaining total accountability for the results.
- Strategic Coordination: Build comprehensive timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure all stakeholders remain perfectly aligned through consistent follow-ups.
- Workflow Optimization: Streamline day-to-day operations by tracking progress, identifying potential bottlenecks early, and providing concise weekly status reports.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously audit all project assetsincluding copy, data, and documentationto ensure everything is accurate and brand-consistent.
- Post-Launch Analysis: Consolidate performance metrics and key takeaways to assist in high-level post-mortem evaluations.
- Reliability & Follow-through: Maintain a reputation for consistency, meeting every deadline with high-quality output and a can-do attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 13 years in project coordination or marketing operations. We also welcome high-potential fresh graduates with exceptional organizational streaks.
- Mindset: A logical, structured thinker who can deconstruct big goals into actionable tasks while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Autonomy: Highly organized and capable of juggling multiple deadlines simultaneously without dropping the ball.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Chinese to effectively collaborate with regional stakeholders across our English- and Chinese-speaking markets.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables and formulas are a must) and comfortable navigating modern project management software.
- Bonus Points: Experience managing multi-language workflows or regional marketing campaigns is a significant advantage.
