About the Role

We are seeking a highly responsible and organised Project Management Executive to support the end-to-end delivery of various projects. This role requires someone who takes ownership, manages timelines independently, and ensures tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, tracking, and executing projects from initiation to launch, ensuring smooth delivery and consistent follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end project ownership: Lead projects from planning to launch, ensuring all tasks, timelines, and requirements are clearly defined and met.
  • Plan & coordinate: Develop project timelines, organise deliverables, follow up on outstanding items, and keep stakeholders updated and aligned throughout the process.

  • Track & report: Maintain accurate trackers, monitor day-to-day progress, flag issues early, and provide clear weekly status updates and summaries.
  • Ensure quality & accuracy: Review and verify that all deliverables including copies, assets, data, and documentation are accurate, up-to-date, and consistent.
  • Support post-project review: Compile performance data, consolidate key findings, and assist in preparing post-mortem or evaluation reports.
  • Be reliable & accountable: Handle responsibilities with consistency, strong follow-through, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in project coordination or marketing operations; fresh graduates with strong organizational skills and responsibility are welcome.
  • A logical thinker with a strong sense of ownership who can break down tasks, meet deadlines, and align details with broader project objectives.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with regional stakeholders, including proficiency in English and Mandarin for collaboration across APAC markets.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, tracking, pivot tables) and standard office tools, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and a growth-oriented work ethic.
  • Advantageous to have experience handling multi-market or multi-language marketing workflows, and familiarity with project management or collaboration tools.
