Project Management Executive

Level: <1-4 years in Project Manager

Contract role

We are looking for someone who possess a blend of structured project management understanding, analytical capabilities, and engineering or technical backgrounds. The role of the Executive is to assist the overall project execution and management related to programs and projects implementation.

Responsibilities:

• To assist the overall project execution and management related to programs and projects implementation;
• To assist and liaise with the providers, program owners and projects recipients;
• To prepare required documentation and reports in the duration of the project implementation;
• To coordinate and organise project meetings, prepare, record and publish relevant reports and documentations;
• To organise program/project filing;
• To support ICP Recipient Audit activities;
• Any other tasks assigned by the superior in the interest of TDA.

Qualification

• Degree in Engineering/Electrical/Mechanical degree or any other relevant field.

Working Experience

• entry level with Project Manager experience
• Exposure to Project Management will be an added advantage.

Skills/Competencies

• Good communication skill with proficiency in written and spoken English;
• Highly result-focused with hands-on analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Self-initiative with good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficient in Project Management software application will be an added advantage.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Industrial Engineering

Look for candidates who have taken introductory project management certifications during university, such as CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) or Prince2 Foundation.
