Support the Project Management Office (PMO) in managing the demand-supply pipeline of IT/Digital projects and change requests. Contribute to project tracking, reporting, and analysis to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Assist the PMO in enhancing demand management and project management capabilities for monitoring IT/Digital projects and change requests.
- Support project initiation activities, including preparing Statements of Work (SOW) and relevant documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as timesheet tracking, project documentation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, consolidate, and analyze project-related data for better decision-making.
- Support capacity planning by performing analytical studies on past trends, current pipeline, and forecasted demand.
- Contribute to the improvement of project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting templates to strengthen project governance.
- Provide coordination and administrative support during project meetings, reviews, and status updates.
Educational Requirements
Pursuing or graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resource, or other related fields.
Technical Skills
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data for project tracking and reporting.
