The role holder will involve full time work with the Program Manager to monitor projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, compliance, IT, and client services, to ensure project requirements and deliverables are defined. Assist in collating and assessing documents from internal and external stakeholders.
Facilitate communication within the team, schedule meetings, and track progress on tasks
Support the Program Manager in liaising with internal and external stakeholders to align project activities
Assist to communicate project progress and updates to internal and external stakeholders on regular and timely basis
Collect and compile project requirements from various stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is documented.
Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports. Implement and manage version control systems to track changes and updates to project documents
Review and assess project documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards and guidelines. Evaluate documents to identify potential risks and issues, ensuring that all necessary risk mitigation strategies are documented. Facilitate the review and approval process of project documents by relevant stakeholders, ensuring their feedback is incorporated
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in Information System/ Banking/ Technology or any equivalent professional qualifications.
Certification in Project Management or equivalent is an added advantage (e.g., PMP)
The candidate must possess a minimum of five (5) years of project management experience within the banking industry.
The role requires a proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while consistently delivering high-quality results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
Proficiency in project management software and related tools is required.
The candidate must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
