About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented PMO Analyst with strong experience in the banking domain to support governance, reporting, and project lifecycle management across complex transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in loan origination systems, core banking platforms, compliance programs, and digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with PMO standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support project governance, scheduling, and reporting in line with PMO frameworks.
• Maintain PMO dashboards, documentation, and requirements traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies, providing proactive recommendations to mitigate impact.
• Prepare and present status reports, risk logs, and compliance documentation to senior management.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and ensure adherence to banking regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as a PMO Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong knowledge of project governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, JIRA, Power BI, Trello, and other PMO tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in fast‑paced, regulated environments and deliver under tight deadlines.
