Description

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team in Southeast Asia. The PMO will play a critical role in overseeing project execution and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to keep projects on track.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5-10 years of experience in project management or related field.
  • Professional project management certification desirable (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent) given complexity of harness manufacturing and product lifecycle.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze project data and metrics for informed decision-making.
