Project Management Officer

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to establish, maintain and enhance project management methodologies, processes and tools. The role will ensure projects are effectively governed, aligned with business objectives, and delivered on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement project management frameworks, standards, methodologies and best practices

Establish project governance structures, roles, responsibilities and escalation processes

Create and maintain project templates, tools, guidelines and reporting mechanisms

Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, issues and deviations

Prepare project status reports, dashboards and portfolio-level insights for senior management

Facilitate project reviews, gate reviews and audits

Support resource planning, allocation and demand forecasting across multiple projects

Identify and resolve resource conflicts, dependencies and project delivery risks

Analyze project data and provide actionable insights for decision-making

Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders and leadership

Manage stakeholder expectations and alignment on project goals and deliverables

Drive continuous improvement of PMO processes, policies and procedures

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business Administration or a related field

Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a PMO or project/program management environment

PMP or CAPM certification is highly desirable

Proven experience developing and implementing project management methodologies and processes

Experience with project portfolio management tools and software

Experience in high technology, semiconductor or manufacturing environments is an advantage

Strong understanding of project lifecycle, methodologies and best practices

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills
