Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the Project Delivery Leadership in executing project management and governance including the following areas:

  • Ensures effective planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, aligning deliverables with scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
  • Employs risk management strategies to identify potential challenges, implement mitigation plans, and ensure project continuity.
  • Facilitates clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders, maintaining transparency and driving project success.
  • Manage project budgets by accurately estimating costs, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently.
  • Analyze financial data to ensure that the program remain within budget and deliver value for the organization.
  • Produce detailed reports on project progress, risks, budget, and performance, sharing these with key stakeholders regularly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of lessons learned, decisions made, and process changes to support future mobilization initiatives.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of both individual team members and overall project workstreams.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure the program's goals and objectives are met within the desired timeframe and quality standards.
  • Document key notes and action items, distribute both internally and client facing, proactively drive for action item results and resolution.
  • Support the Delivery Leadership Team with management of onboarding, off boarding, and update of all resources ensuring that all internal/client requirements are met
  • Collaborate with Delivery Leads, IT Leads, and Team Leads on a variety of processes / projects to ensure seamless execution of governance processes.
  • Ad Hoc Requests: Ensure strong understanding of required priorities while supporting ad hoc requests when possible.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree - focus in Business/Finance
  • 1+ year project management and/or project coordination experience
  • 3+ years of experience with MS Office (advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills)
  • 1+ years in a financial analysis experience
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous client facing experience
  • Program, Project Management and Service Management Experience
  • Prior Experience working for innovative technology company
  • 1+ years of Process Improvement Experience
