Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive the project in planning, organizing and controlling the various stages of the assigned medium to high complexity projects in ensuring the projects are executed according to the schedule, cost and quality.

Job Description

  • Manage project progress and adapt work as required.
  • On-ground execution and implementation of planned initiatives
  • Roll-out interventions, including build and design of required enablers (e.g. tech, digital tools, AI)
  • Change Management execution
  • Impact tracking
  • Ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
  • Design & execute risk mitigation plan
  • Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staff
  • Optimize and improve processes and approach where necessary
  • Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects
  • Manage large and diverse teams

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in any related field
  • At least 6 years of working experience as a Project Manager
  • Critical thinker with ability to analyze and synthesize information
  • Excellent people management, planning and organizations skills
