JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Full Project Lifecycle Management
- Initiation and Planning: Lead the planning and initiation of intelligent manufacturing projects, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop a detailed project plan with clear milestones, tasks, and timelines.
- Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the day-to-day execution of the project, ensuring that all activities are progressing according to the plan. Monitor project progress, quality, and costs, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Closure and Evaluation: Ensure the successful completion of the project, including system integration, user training, and acceptance testing. Conduct a post-project evaluation to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
b) Requirements Analysis and Solution Customization
- System Understanding: Have in-depth knowledge of the MOM system, including MES, QMS, LES, EAM, EMS, etc. Understand how each module functions and interacts with other systems in the manufacturing environment.
- Solution Design: Based on the specific needs of the manufacturing enterprise, design and customize MOM solutions that integrate and optimize the various modules to improve production efficiency, quality, and flexibility.
- Implementation and Deployment: Lead the implementation of the MOM system, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth deployment. Provide on-site support during the go-live phase and address any technical or operational issues that arise.
c) Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
- Internal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within the organization, including production, engineering, quality, and IT. Ensure that all departments are aligned with the project goals and actively participate in the implementation and adoption of the MOM system.
- External Liaison: Interact with external partners, such as MOM software vendors, system integrators, and consultants. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery of services and products
d) Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor the performance of the MOM system and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose and implement enhancements to the system to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.
- Industry Benchmarking: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the field of intelligent manufacturing. Benchmark the organization's MOM system against industry standards and introduce innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
e) Industry Research and Innovative Application
- Pay attention to the development trends and technological trends in the intelligent manufacturing industry, especially new technologies, new methods, and new applications. Support regular industry research and analysis to provide forward-looking suggestions and decision-making support for the enterprise.
- Combine the actual needs and development strategies of the enterprise, actively explore and introduce new technologies and concepts, promote the innovative application and continuous optimization of the MOM system, and improve the intelligent manufacturing level and competitiveness of the enterprise.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- At least 8 years of project management experience in the field of intelligent manufacturing, with a focus on MOM systems.
- Experience in implementing and managing MOM projects in manufacturing industries such as automotive, electronics, or machinery is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of database management systems, data analytics, and reporting tools. Ability to extract and analyze data from the MOM system to support decision-making.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting tools used in the development and integration of MOM systems, such as Java, Python, and SQL.
