Project Manager

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Seri Kembangan. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end planning and execution of AI and enterprise system implementation projects, including defining scope, timelines, and resource needs. The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, tracking progress, and mitigating risks to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. The Project Manager will oversee logistics and expediting activities, monitor inspections and compliance, and maintain clear documentation and status reports. Daily responsibilities also include improving project processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that solutions remain scalable, user-centric, and aligned with client business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong project leadership abilities with skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience coordinating material and information flow with skills in Expeditor and Expediting to keep project deliverables on schedule.
• Knowledge of quality and compliance processes with skills in Inspection for project deliverables, systems, or implementations.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management for coordinating resources, timelines, and dependencies across multiple projects or sites.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience managing technology, software implementation, or digital transformation projects is highly beneficial.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Seri Kembangan and partnering closely with clients and internal teams.
