Job Summary
The Project Manager – Agile and Mobile Banking responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects related to retail operations and loan products. This role ensures that new retail initiatives, enhancements, and business process improvements are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with strategic business goals. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, finance, compliance, risk, and sales.

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
• Lead the end-to-end management of retail and loan product projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee project workflows, ensuring milestones ands deliverables are met.
• Manage system enhancements for loan origination, credit scoring, retail POS, or loan management systems.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Banking, IT, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in retail, banking
