Working hours: 9am - 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Salary range: RM5,000 - RM6,500

Job Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will support the Senior Project Manager in leading software development projects from initiation to delivery. You will coordinate crossfunctional teams, manage timelines, and ensure projects align with business objectives and client expectations. This midlevel role requires strong organizational skills, technical understanding, and the ability to balance strategic planning with handson execution, while assisting in decisionmaking and reporting to senior leadership.

Job Description:

• Assist the Senior PM in developing and managing project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking.
• Monitor and report on project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating critical matters to the Senior PM.
• Coordinate project roles and responsibilities, ensuring clear communication and accountability across teams.
• Guide and support project teams in daytoday execution, ensuring deliverables are achieved on schedule.
• Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and deliverables, preparing status updates for senior management and stakeholders.
• Support changes to project scope, schedule, or costs under the direction of the Senior PM.
• Organize and facilitate regular team meetings to review progress, resolve challenges, and maintain alignment.
• Help resolve project conflicts and foster collaboration to sustain team motivation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure expectations are clearly documented.
• Act as a secondary point of contact for project communications, escalating major issues to the Senior PM.
• Coordinate resource planning with department heads and team leads to optimize project execution.
• Ensure project deliverables meet agreed standards and assist in quality assurance reviews.
• Document project activities, lessons learned, and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Support successful project delivery and handover of final outputs.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company/Superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of project management experience, an added advantage within the tech/software industry.
• Knowledge of Project Management Tools & Methodologies (Jira, Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
• Ability to coordinate tasks, track progress, and support project delivery within set timelines.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Problemsolving mindset and ability to make practical decisions, with guidance from the Senior PM.
• Working knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation, supporting senior management in financial tracking.
