Lead the overall planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, schedule, quality, safety, and cost targets.
Liaise closely with local project owners, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors, maintaining strong working relationships and resolving all project-related issues promptly.
Prepare and manage project schedules, design coordination, procurement plans, engineering submissions, cost control plans, and progress reports. Experience in data centre construction projects will be an added advantage.
Review construction drawings, identify discrepancies or design issues, and coordinate timely solutions with consultants and internal engineering teams.
Manage site operations, including manpower planning, subcontractor oversight, materials and equipment allocation, and overall project logistics.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
Oversee subcontractor selection, negotiation, performance supervision, and progress payment certification.
Maintain strict control of project budgets, changes, claims, and risk management.
Coordinate project handover, testing & commissioning, documentation, and final account settlement with all stakeholders.
Support tender-related activities, including site surveys, methodology proposals, project budgeting, and construction planning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
Strong understanding of local developers/owners, consultants, engineering firms, and subcontractor resources within the construction industry.
Minimum 58 years of project management experience in building construction or industrial projects; experience in M&E, cleanroom, or data centre projects is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of local construction standards, engineering practices, safety regulations, and statutory submission processes.
Proven ability to manage a complete project cycle from initiation to completion.
Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills with multi-stakeholder environments.
Good leadership, problem-solving abilities, and risk-control awareness.
Able to work independently, handle pressure, and adapt to fast-paced project environments.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an added advantage.
