Job Description

Our client, the largest coffee chain in Malaysia, is seeking a Project Manager (Business Process Improvement) to join our Project Management Office and partner with our COO to shape the way we work, innovate, and achieve our business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead strategic and transformational initiatives across the organization to improve management and operational ways of working.
  • Define, implement, and maintain standardized project management processes for effective project execution.
  • Ensure stakeholders are engaged and continuously updated on project status and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement special projects, document outcomes, and capture lessons learned.
  • Support the COO in policy preparation, research, analysis, and executive-level strategic activities.
  • Act as a bridge for smooth communication between the COO and internal departments, maintaining credibility and trust with senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business Management, Accounting & Finance, or related fields.
  • 47 years in business management, strategy, transformation, or project execution.
  • Experience leading teams, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery.
  • Consulting or strategy experience, ideally in retail, operations, or manufacturing.
  • Entrepreneurial experience is a plus.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of business models, strategy execution, and project management.
  • Advanced Excel, analytical, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, with workshop facilitation and actionable outcome delivery.
