Manages the design, engineering and construction of commercial and industrial (C&I) scale solar PV systems, including but not limited to the electrical, structural and mechanical aspects of the projects
Develops, maintains and executes the project proposal or work plan
Establishes or oversees the work plan, staffing, and budgeting for each phase of project execution, including design, engineering, procurement and construction
Conduct engineering site visit to plan equipment and interconnection locations at the site and connections to the existing electrical system
Coordinates preparation and regular updates of the project execution plan
Ensure completion of projects within the time frame and budget with quality
Provides and coordinates engineering support for business development as needed.
Has primary responsibility for overseeing execution of and compliance with construction contracts and works with construction team to ensure adequate scopes of work under those contracts
Arranges for and organizes regularly scheduled project meetings to facilitate, confirm and communicate status of progress and assign tasks

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others) or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the Solar field is required for this position
Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Project Management.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
Field experience in installation, start-up testing and commissioning will be an added advantage
Excellent computer skills and familiarity with AutoCAD Microsoft Office, Windows, and Project
Highly organized and skillful at working on multiple projects simultaneously
