Project manager for the development of innovative chip technologies based on our Nitride (AlInGaN) material systems.
Intense interface and stakeholder management.
Supervision of projects with regard to further development of the Nitride (AlInGaN) platform.
Work out the details and test new chip concepts and designs together with the project global/international team.
Sustainable and systematic solving of complex problems with regard to design and processes.
Qualifications
Advanced project management skills and experience in leading complex projects, preferable in chip development
Professional trainings e.g. certified project manager recommended
Degree in physics, electrical engineering, materials science or a related field
Essential knowledge in the field of semiconductor and device physics, preferably in the development of LED-Chips based on Nitride (AlInGaN) material system
Professional experience in leading development projects
Creativity, analytical thinking and a high level of problem-solving competence
Well-structured and target-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams creating cutting edge technology
Working in an intercultural environment, and able for regular travels for training and team meeting to the headquarter in Germany
