Responsibilities Includes But Not Limited To The Following
To provide leadership in Project Planning, Implementation, Monitoring Project Progress until completion.
Accountable for project objectives, deliverables, timelines and quality are met.
To oversee project budget and ensure project spending is within the approved budget.
To devise cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
Accountable to ensure permits and legal papers are secured ahead of project.
To report project progress to Project Director and Project Management Office.
To make strategic decisions and provide leadership/direction for project execution.
Accountable to manage risks to avoid delays or reputational damage
Responsible for communicating with the Project Team and the contractors (incl. subcontractors) and to extend supervision upon them for effective progression of the project.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Possessed at least a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish (expected size of projects: 100 million).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Experienced in manufacturing plant construction is an added advantage.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a high attention to detail.
