· Knowledgeable with minimum 5–7 years experience supporting digital transformation, IT transformation, or enterprise digitalization programs within large or complex organizations.
· Possess a good understanding of digitalization and IT project lifecycle, including initiative planning, coordination, governance, and value tracking across multiple workstreams.
· Demonstrated experience in supporting change management, stakeholder coordination, and communication activities within digital or IT transformation initiatives.
· Able to support multiple concurrent initiatives, including coordination of workshops, documentation, follow‑ups, and progress reporting to ensure milestones are met.
· Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with business units, ICT teams, and external vendors.
· Experience in preparing and maintaining program documentation, reports, and presentation materials for management and governance forums.
· Familiarity with digital governance frameworks, value realization concepts, and enterprise‑wide initiatives is an advantage.
· Exposure to large‑scale transformation programs within maritime, logistics, energy, or regulated industries is an added advantage.
· Training or foundational knowledge in Change Management or Project Management is preferred.
· Certification in Agile Project Management / Project Management Professional is preferred but not mandatory
