Project Manager, dnata Singapore
Job Description
dnata Singapore is one of the longest standing and most comprehensive operations in the dnata portfolio. Providing a full suite of services from cargo handling and ground handling to travel services, dnata Singapore ships, connects, feeds and entertains travellers connecting to and through Changi Airport.
We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to join the Business Planning & Performance team at dnata Singapore. This role will lead operational improvement, transformation, and business performance initiatives across Ground Handling operations, partnering closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable operational and financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects focused on operational excellence, business transformation, workforce optimisation, and process redesign.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Analyse operational performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improve productivity, service quality, safety, and cost efficiency.
- Develop project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful delivery.
- Support change management initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the business.
- Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Safety, and other stakeholders to deliver sustainable business outcomes.
- Monitor project performance and track delivery of targeted operational and financial benefits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, Aviation, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, business transformation, operational excellence, process improvement, or performance management.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business improvements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in project management tools, Power BI, Excel, and performance reporting.
- Experience in aviation, ground handling, logistics, transportation, or other operational environments is advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or Lean Six Sigma are highly desirable.
