Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in Labuan. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing marine and civil engineering projects with a focus on adherence to time, cost, and quality benchmarks. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project schedules, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing logistics, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role also requires close collaboration with contractors, clients, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver projects successfully from initiation to completion.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure the timely delivery of project materials and resources.
  • Thorough understanding and experience with Inspection processes to ensure quality assurance and compliance with standards.
  • Strong skills in Logistics Management, ensuring efficient and cost-effective transportation and supply chain operations.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • A degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field; PMP certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in the marine, civil construction, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.
