We are an established company in the Building Industry, specializing in Air Conditioning & Ventilation (HVAC/ACMV) Services.

Position: Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise site supervisors and project teams.

Manage HVAC/ACMV projects from planning to completion.

Ensure timely delivery, quality workmanship, and compliance with safety standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitor project progress, resources, and costs.

Prepare project reports and resolve on-site issues.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years experience in HVAC/ACMV projects.

Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently and handle multiple projects.

Strong knowledge in project management and site supervision.
