Responsibilities
The Project Manager is responsible for overall leadership, planning, execution, and delivery of project construction and commissioning activities from Approved for Construction (AFC) stage until successful handover to operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and manage construction and commissioning project execution for onshore and offshore facilities.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, construction, commissioning, and operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with company technical requirements, HSE standards, and industry codes.
- Manage interfaces with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, risks, cost, and performance metrics.
- Oversee commissioning, startup activities, and final system handover.
- Ensure documentation, reporting, and project deliverables are completed accurately.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years oil & gas experience.
- Minimum 4 years as Project Manager.
- Experience in offshore and onshore construction/upgrading projects.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
