Project Manager

NOTE - Position is based in Kamunting, Taiping, Perak.

Job Responsibilities

Organize resources and carry out product development activities according to the

company's relevant development processes and project contracts, and be responsible

for the whole process from product development, production transformation to

medical device registration.

Overall responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring, correction, change

management, cost and expense management, resource management, project risk

management, customer communication, etc. Of the product R & D project, and

responsible for the overall objectives of the project (finance, quality and delivery date,

etc.).

As the main interface to customers, connect with customer project

managers, establish a cooperative relationship of mutual trust, and coordinate project

cooperation matters of both parties. Organize quotation,business negotiation and

collection for customers with the approval of the head of the business unit.

Work with the project quality engineer, project technical director and project team to

formulate the project process, milestone deliverables list and product quality

objectives (function and maturity grid) at corresponding stages, and supervise the

team to implement according to the plan to ensure that the project complies with the

predetermined process.

Be responsible for convening the project stage review, preparing the stage review data

(deliverables, problems, risks, costs and budgets), and driving the team to solve the

remaining problems.

Actively carry out risk management and promote the adoption of preventive measures

to reduce project operation risks.

Connect with the mass production conversion team and grasp the product conversion

plan and progress as a whole.

Formulate and regularly update project budget, project cost control, review and

approve project procurement.

Job Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in mechanical / Electronics / automation control/ software

engineering / computer/ bioengineering / clinical medicine;

2. 3-5 , PMP ;

;

3-5 years of project management and manufacturing experience or PMP training

certificate; Preferred with engineering background and medical device experience;

Familiar with the project operation process, good at managing the daily work of the

project team, project node review and project report;

Have the ability to analyze, track and solve problems, lead the project team to solve

problems, promote the progress of the project and deliver on time;

Office

Good communication skills, planning ability, coordination ability, cost awareness, strong

English and Chinese reading ability, and proficient in using office tools.
