Missions
- Organise, monitor, coordinate and control all activities within the Project to ensure work performance according to requirements & procedures.
- Ensures interface with Client and third parties for all project matters.
- Ensures Client satisfaction while preserving Axens interests.
- Project Manager is empowered to make or propose key decisions to meet project Objectives, in consultation with Project Director/Head of Module Activities.
- Organises all interfacing activities within the Project to promote/achieve Compliance/QHSE requirements.
- Responsible for settlement of technical, contractual and commercial matters.
- Monitors and negotiates all information relevant to contractual aspects of work including changes and variations.
- Ensures that project LOP Gross Margin and Progress Of Completion is at budget or higher.
- Ensures that overall project schedule and progress meets or beats contractual delivery dates, organise planning control, progress follow-up and reporting activity.
- Anticipates project progress and costs to build-up accurate & reliable forecasts. Cost control reports.
- Manage Risks (identify key risks and develop/implement contingency plans) and Opportunities (identify key opportunities and develop/implement capture plans).
- Implements good contract management best practices.
- Ensure the technical coordination between disciplines and sub-contractors.
- Visits to the sub-suppliers.
- For multi-ROCs projects, maximizes project LOP Gross Margin at global level ; Negotiates, with the support of other BDs, change orders when needed.
Knowledge And Required Level
- Experience and knowledge for technical and project activities from the conception up to fabrication, assembly and delivery of skid mounted unit for Oil & Gas treatment.
- At least 10 years of overall experience in the relevant field.
- Application of technical knowledge within the field of structure, mechanical and piping. Familiar with applicable codes, standards, specifications and regulations within O&G industry.
- Experience working in project team. Skill to work in stringent environment requiring organization, rigors and reactivity.
