Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a strong background in a healthcare related field that encompasses architectural or engineering scopes to lead and coordinate hospital projects on medical and medical equipment planning across Malaysia. This is a role that requires technical expertise, knowledge on ID work, ability to work with stakeholders to deliver intended project targets, manage site team members in completing T&C, deliveries and coordinate efforts with main contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, and execute projects in line with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.

Manage project documentation, reporting, and compliance requirements.

Review Schematics, Loaded Drawings and Shop Drawings for interpretation and verification of accuracy

Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of biomedical/electrical systems.

Utilize project management tools such as Excel, Notion, and other software platforms to track progress.

Ensure all project-related tasks are completed in line with regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in in healthcare related field that encompasses architectural or engineering scopes

Minimum 5 years proven experience in project management.

Proficiency in CAD software (preferred).

Strong command of Excel, Notion, and project management apps/software.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Willingness to travel extensively across Malaysia to manage multiple site projects.
