What You'll Be Responsible For (Depending on Role)

• Leading fullcycle project execution including planning, scheduling, installation, QA/QC, and commissioning.
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain progress and compliance.
• Monitoring project costs, risks, documentation, safety performance, and approval timelines.
• Preparing progress reports, claims, materials tracking, and handling change management or variation matters.
• Supporting project meetings, correspondence, site supervision, team coordination, and issue resolution.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Solid experience in M&E, structural, or missioncritical construction environments (5 to 8 years depending on role).
• Strong capability in project supervision, client coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in project tools such as MS Project, Primavera, BIM platforms, or AutoCAD.
• Ability to operate in fastpaced project settings with strong leadership and problemsolving skills.
