Role Overview
We are seeking an Operating Model Transformation Specialist to support the delivery of a key portfolio integration initiative within a General Insurance environment. This is a hands-on project delivery role, focused on executing operating model and process changes in close partnership with the Transformation and Change function.
The role operates at Manager (M) level and reports directly to the VP, Transformation & Change Delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Integration Delivery
- Lead day-to-day project delivery for operating model and portfolio integration initiatives
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across cross-functional teams
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, operations, and functional teams to ensure alignment and execution
Operating Model & Process Change
- Support the implementation of operating model and process changes aligned with business strategy
- Assist in harmonising processes across portfolios (e.g. Motor and Motor PA)
- Conduct business assessments and support solution implementation
Change Management Support
- Support change management activities including stakeholder engagement, workshops, and impact assessments
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions to drive alignment, decision-making, and adoption
- Partner with change stakeholders to ensure changes are understood and embedded
Governance & Reporting
- Maintain project governance artefacts including RAID logs, dependency tracking, and status reporting
- Prepare regular progress updates and escalation materials for senior stakeholders
- Track delivery progress against agreed outcomes and KPIs
Requirements
Must Have
- Strong background in project management / project delivery
- Experience delivering business or operational change initiatives
- Exposure to change management activities within transformation or integration projects
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Prior experience within the General Insurance industry
- Experience supporting operating model, process transformation, or portfolio integration initiatives
- Comfortable running workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams
